Great and honest service! I have been taking my 2004 Acura to J&C and the car runs like it was a 2024 model! They fix only what needs fixing and are never pushy on their recommendations unless absolutely needed.

Weird noise Fixed! I drive a 2011 Chevy HHR. For being almost 15 years old, it is in pretty good shape and generally in near excellent working order. So, when I started hearing a creaking noise coming from under the driver's seat whenever I stopped and whenever I started up again from stopping, I began worrying about the suspension and undercarriage, etc. So, I set an appointment with J&C Auto because I know they are fair and honest with repairs and pricing, as I have been relying on their expertise now for more than a year when I trusted them with fixing a leak from my transmission: apparently I'd hit something on the road that opened a leak in the tranny's oil pan and J&C replaced the pan and the gasket. So anyway, the creaking sounds ended up being a lack of lube on the ball joints. They greased the joints, sent me on my way and didn't charge me anything... because they are fair!

Outstanding service! I was referred to J & C Auto Service by Midas. My vehicle had reached a milestone and needed a new timing belt. When I called, I spoke with Mike. He was extremely patient, helpful and detailed with the diagnosis. The day before my vehicle appointment, I received a courtesy reminder call from a very sweet lady. The day of the appointment, everything went smooth. Mike had already told me that it typically takes a day, but to plan for two. Based off this, I was able to be proactive and plan my day accordingly. Throughout the process I received updates and estimate for the work. I truly appreciate the work by J & C Auto. I'm a long-time Midas customer and their referral (for work they couldn't do) was very much appreciated! I will definitely reach out to J & C Auto if the need arises. As an added bonus, they also have a shuttle service if you need a ride back home or to work.
