I have a wheelchair accessible van that I always took to the conversion company for service. I had an issue with the A/C and they wanted to charge me almost $3K to fix it. Mike fixed it for under $200. I recently had an issue with the exhaust and Mike found a custom muffler that they were able to use and took care of all the services I needed to catch up on since I just went over 60,000 miles. I trust J&C to do a good job at a reasonable price. I never feel like they're trying to run up the bill.

Same Day Service short notice! Hi All, Honestly, I am not one to leave reviews about businesses in general as I rarely get exceedingly great customer service urging me to do so, but that has changed. This past month being a 2017 Alfa Romeo Guilia Ti owner has been miserable in trying to find an auto service shop that would help me avoid paying dealership prices. Most common response being, "Nope, we don't touch those" and getting hung up on with no further explanation. But when I called J&C Auto Service, and told them of my situation with my vehicle, they did not hesitate to come to the rescue. Today I dropped my vehicle off a week early (on accident) and they still took me in and had me on my way that same day. Not to mention saving me a very large amount of money, headaches, and hassles as well, that I would have received from the dealership. Honesty is their policy! I took my car in to have snow tires switched out for summer tires, though I was concerned with the remaining tread on the summer tires, and also for a brake inspection. Turns out I was right, so after consultation I left the snow tires on and will be buying new all weather tires in the near future as the tread wears on the snows. I was provided a quote on new tires, but felt no pressure to buy now. As for the brakes the back ones need work while we still have time on the front. The car was done the same day and the cost was well within reasonable. J & C is the place to go if you want honest, efficient, good work done on your vehicle.

J&C takes care of you. I had a routine oil change. J&C also located a persistent rattle that has been plaguing my car for some time and remedied the issue. Whatever they did, the car drives like a million bucks now, and the final tab was extremely reasonable. Such service is the norm with them. I always recommend J&C to friends.
