I have a wheelchair accessible van that I always took to the conversion company for service. I had an issue with the A/C and they wanted to charge me almost $3K to fix it. Mike fixed it for under $200. I recently had an issue with the exhaust and Mike found a custom muffler that they were able to use and took care of all the services I needed to catch up on since I just went over 60,000 miles. I trust J&C to do a good job at a reasonable price. I never feel like they're trying to run up the bill. -
Mike always updates me throughout the day of my service. I have never felt "taken" by J&C in over 30 years of using their services.

I am a senior and not very knowledgeable about autos. I was treated very well and not told I needed things I didn't. The work was done, very efficiently and timely. I was even given transportation to the shop.

Great Service. Great people I can count on. I woke up this morning finding my tire was low. Contacted JC auto and spoke with Mike.I brought my car in and was told I had a slow leak because of a screw in the tire and not safe to drive long distance. I was fit into the schedule and it was patched same day. I've been a very very satisfied customer for 20 years. I feel very fortunate that Joe, Mike and everybody at JC auto are so kind and just care about their customer and the service they provide!
